About Chiropractic Care

What kind of chiropractic care do you offer?

Eagle Creek Chiropractic is a full-service, family chiropractic practice in Indianapolis. We provide general and corrective chiropractic care and wellness care, along with focused care for auto-accident and work injuries. Care is tailored to each patient rather than a single technique.

Does an adjustment hurt? Will you "crack" my neck?

We tailor every adjustment to your comfort and explain what to expect before we begin. Depending on what suits you, that can range from gentle, low-force techniques to traditional hands-on adjustment. Many patients describe their care as comfortable — and you can always tell us your preferences.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your condition and how long it has been present. Many patients notice improvement within the first few visits, while longer-standing or complex issues may call for a longer care plan. We'll give you a clear, realistic estimate after your first consultation and any X-rays — no open-ended commitments.

Conditions We Help With

What do you commonly treat?

We regularly help patients with back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, herniated and bulging discs, and whiplash, along with general and wellness chiropractic care. Our aim is to reduce discomfort and support how you move, with individualized care plans — we don't promise specific outcomes.

Do you treat injuries from a car accident?

Yes — auto-accident injury care is one of our core services. If you've been in a crash, it's best to be evaluated promptly, even if you feel only minor stiffness at first. We'll assess your injuries and build a care plan to support your recovery.

Your First Visit

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit takes about an hour. We start with a thorough consultation to understand your history and concerns, followed by a physical examination. When appropriate, we take digital X-rays on-site to better understand what's going on. We then walk you through what we found and your personalized care plan before your first adjustment.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can schedule directly with us.

Should I bring anything?

Bring a photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), and a list of current medications or supplements. If you have prior imaging (X-rays, MRI), bring those too — they help us get a complete picture.

Insurance & Payment

Do you accept insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans. Coverage varies by plan and condition, so we recommend calling us with your insurance details before your first visit. We'll verify benefits and explain any out-of-pocket costs before care begins — no surprises.

What if I was in a car accident?

Indiana is an at-fault state, so care after a crash is generally billed to the at-fault driver's liability insurance, and any optional MedPay coverage you carry may also apply. For accident-related care, we can often get started with no upfront cost. Call us and we'll help you understand your options.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible payment arrangements for extended care plans. Our team will walk you through your options so you can focus on getting better, not on billing.
